Welcome to the Orléans Chamber of Commerce!
Bienvenue à la Chambre de Commerce d'Orléans!

Frequently Asked Questions

+Why should I become a member of the Orléans Chamber of Commerce?
You’re starting with an easy one. Go directly to our Membership Benefits page. From there, we are pretty confident you’ll want to sign up. From member-to-member deals to social events, your business will surely benefit from becoming a member.

Who can belong to the Chamber?
Anyone and everyone! Our members include everyone from bankers, writers and designers to restaurateurs, financial planners and florists. What they have in common is a desire to be better at what they do, improve their customer base, and create long-lasting connections with other business leaders.

How much does it cost to purchase a membership?
You can visit the Membership Rates page to get an idea, but we don’t look at this as a cost at all. Your annual membership fee is a great investment in your business. Our rates are separated into Primary, Executive, Not-for-profit, and Associate categories. Follow the link to find out which category best suits your business!

Are there any opportunities to get involved as a volunteer?
You bet. We have annual events such as our Business Excellence Awards, our Annual Golf Tournament and many other events that always need more volunteers. If you really want to make a difference, you may want to consider taking a position on the board—elections are held each June.

Are memberships transferable?
Your membership is transferable. If you can no longer represent your business in the Chamber, you can substitute a colleague from the same business as the new representative.

I can’t attend a Chamber event; can my business partner substitute in for me?
Absolutely! Feel free to add as many representatives from your business under your membership account. However, only one representative may attend an event at the member's rate. For more information on how to have more people from your business represented at events, please see the Membership Rates page.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our Chamber staff.
